Advantages: Very sweet, lasts ages

Disadvantages: You can love it or hate it.

I love the Body Shop and I love going in there. I read somewhere that if you Vanilla or have a sniff of it it is supposed to stop your sweet cravings. So when I started the diet I carried a bottle of it to stop me from reaching for the sweetie counter.

With this scent there is no in between you love or you hate it. By reading other reviews this is very true. I felt it was very sweet and although not totally being made of Vanilla, the Vanilla is quite overpowering.

It comes in a simple and plain bottle and you can spray it. A little goes a long way. I found there were days where I couldn't face using it as it was too sweet. On run up to the time of the month I found it usual as it is a time where I just wanted to eat EVERYTHING in sight. I found the effect of putting you off sweets didn't last very long. I found it only lasted about 30 minutes or so.

Overall a very nice product but it wasn't for me.

Summary: A nice product but too sweet for me!
