I was bought a bottle of ANGEL INNOCENT as a gift, because they thought it was a lighter version of ANGEL. It's not; Don't fall into that trap. ** At first I didn't really mind it, and wore it because it was light and sweet [this was back in the day when sweeter fragrances were less common], but after a while whenever I applied it my stomach turned. Innocent is the second fragrance from the fashion designer Theirry Mugler. It is a lot lighter than his first fragrance Angel. Although it has very different ingredients to Angel for some reason it smells a lot like it just a little less sweet. It could be the fact they both have bergamot in but that is the only similarity. I am however inclined to think it has something to do with the scent of sweet almond meringue that is the base note in this perfume. (what an ingredient - how do they come up with this stuff?)
