Donna is the first perfume which Trussardi hit the market in 1994. It is a classic Italian fragrance created with traditional Italian ingredients. According to the manufacturer is a fragrance full of sun, shining bright and noble temperament and it contains the secret of the magnetic attraction of the Italian women. The perfume was created by renowned perfumer Jean Guichard and according to him it's warm and sensual perfume. In the top notes of this perfume they used extracts of mandarin, hyacinth, ginger and coriander. The heart notes are of ylang ylang, rose and tuberose. And the base of notes is patchouli, cedarwood, labdanum and benzoin.
The perfume is packaged in a simple clear glass bottle with a transparent plastic cap. On the front you find the company logo in black. For the rest you can find no information on the vial. When you buy the bottle it is wrapped in a white cardboard box. On the box you will find some company information and the contents of the vial.
The color of the fragrance is light brown. It's a fairly heavy perfume, which is really suited to the evening wear. It is a fragrance that you should let settle down, because the smell is really heavy and you need half hour to it become more a pleasant smell. The first 10 to 15 minutes, the scent of flowers prevails, followed by the darker scents.
The Perfume Donna Trussardi is a fairly heavy perfume. It's a smell you only need a few drops. The first 20 minutes you can smell only the fragrance of flowers and then after 20 minutes the warm wood tones and patchouli come forward. You get a rather thick warm smell. It is not a perfume that really suited for daytime wear, because this is the dominant smell.
