Advantages: Lovely smell, lasts a while on skin, is so cheap to buy!

Disadvantages: Could last a bit longer fragrance wise I guess but it is cheap so top up I shall lol

When it comes to fragrance I own so many I've lost count of them all lol. I only ever usually buy big brands to be honest as I'm a fussy little devil normally however if you read my any of my reviews you will know the exception to this rule is that I am a fan of So...? products. I adore the range which has actually broadened my horizons because I now realise that sure I love my expensive stuff (I really do!) but sometimes you can hit on something fairly cheap and you can actually prefer it and get alot of pleasure from it!

Which is why when I saw Umbro perfume for the ladies for a pound a bottle (oddly enough in poundland lol) I thought what the heck I may as well give it a whirl. I Sniffed it first, then thought well it is Umbro (a make I've heard of) and that it would be suitable for daytime use if nothing else as I do wear perfume in the day and when I'm not doing anything but dossing about and that's a complete waste of designer stuff in my view lol So I got this one and another fragrance by the same brand but expect to pay about £3.99 a bottle in places like T.J Hughes and do look online for it if interested in purchasing it as you really can spend so little on it.

The Packaging....

Well mine is very slightly different to the review photograph on the top of this review and mine never came in a box so I'm not entirely sure if it comes in one, however the lid to my bottle does have a light pink cap so the colour scheme is similar. The bottle isn't stubby either. So my packaging is a 50ml see through oblong shaped glass bottle with a silver push button sprayer with a square, fuschia pink lid that fits securely on the top of it. On the front of the bottle all in white writing there is like a diamond shape (on it's side lol) drawn on which is the Umbro branding, I'm told it's Umbro, Girl Sport, 'Exotic', Eau De Toilette and the size is stated (as I've listed already). That's it and although it doesn't look a mega expensive product it doesn't look cheap and nasty either but the bottle really isn't anything exciting to look at, at all.

The Fragrance....

Well for a cheap to buy perfume this really is a nice blend that doesn't have a cheap 'note in' it. No where can I find a list of ingredients that make up this fragrance so I'm relying on my nose to try to describe the scent of it!

Firstly lets talk about the strength of this fragrance. Use as much or as you little as you want to and feel comfortable with. It is quite rich and a few sprays is all that is needed on pulse and pressure points as usual. It goes on slightly wet but dries quickly and leaves no greasy residue or anything. Once on the skin the fragrance will stay apparent for about 4-5 hours quite strongly then in my experience after that time the fragrance has all but vanished unless someone sniffs you up close and personal in which case there is a slight aroma left on the skin which delicately fragrances.

The fragrance itself I find is rather unusual, well blended and very pleasant indeed. Although strong it still remains airy, sweet and light. So to my nostrils it's very sweet and girly. It isn't fruity or particularly floral but I would hazard a guess that this fragrance has a bed of mixed flowers as base notes like jasmine and then it is quite heavily sweetened up with vanilla and honey top notes. Just a guess from me that one but that's what it smells like to me anyway which is more important in my view than what I'm TOLD it smells of anyway lol. Basically this to me is a very young, everyday fragrance. Young women to me would love this as it's just a quite modern in it's approach is sweet, rich and deep without being old fashioned and too heavy.

I love this for day time use and it's cheap and cheerful. I feel a bit like I'm wearing candyfloss due to the sweetness and generally it makes me feel nice, feminine and girly! A great, economical buy. I love it and it's worth every penny of it's tiny price tag!

Summary: Great offering!
