The one thing I really, really wanted this year was a bottle of Valentino's Rock 'n' Rose. I'd seen the advert and I knew it was going to be my kind of fragrance! Valentino is an Italian fashion designer since 1960. He has a huge celebrity following including, Elizabeth Taylor, Halle Berry, Jennifer Garner, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, Gwen Stefani, Lindsay Lohan, and Gwenyth Paltrow. The Packaging.... Rock n Rose is a fragrance designed by the Italian brand Valentino for the woman who lives the rock 'n' roll life in a feminine manner. This is a lovely fragrance-no better words to describe it. By Valentino it is a future classic- it has to be. The gorgeous styling follows through from the box right to the bottle, I am not a fan of pink but mixed with the black it is very sensual, the box is simple with curvy, modern writing on the front. The bottle is a heavy bottomed orb of loveliness with a jewel like lid with a silver collar- it looks stunning on the bedside table, dressing table anywhere. I'm going to talk about the Valentino Rock n Rose Couture parfum... OK, it's not the same product but close enough not to have to wait for a suggested review to be approved, right? It's sharp, sexy, sassy and even kinda sweet - the notes are genuienly harmonious throwing out a clean, confident and balanced bouquet of strong roses.
