I love Yves Saint Laurent perfumes but with two particular favourites. My evening favourite is Opium but my daytime favourite perfume has to be Rive Gauche. Rive Gauche is a very distinct frangrance, deliciously French and very sophisticated. Once you have tried or smelt this scent you will never forget it. It is difficult to describe as it has nothing to compare or liken it to. In addition, it does smell slightly different on everyone. it is certainly not a sweet scent and I wouldn't say particularly flowery, it is quite citrusy, quite musky and definitely exotic smelling.
