It has four compartments (plastic drawers), with one of them being slightly higher than the rest, but it does lose around half its depth. The depth is 50cm which leaves us enough room to store everything a couple needs in a freezer. It also comes with a ice cube tray.
We haven't had any problems with it over freezing, and doesn't make much noise. Some times we can hear it buzzing away when it's a little full, but nothing that distracts you...more

I decided to buy this freezer when we moved into a new flat. I didn't have a fortune to spend, so basically looked for a reliable budget freezer. It was easy enough to install, it consisted of plugging it in. It is a standard 50cm wide/84cm tall, meaning it fits under the counter with an inch or so either side to spare (to store those spare plastic carrier bags).
