... was even bigger than the supermarket freezers, however this, after its long service, died leaving us with the habit of buying too much food. This dies mean that even with the extra freezer space we got from this new freezer, as the capacity wasn't what we were used to (Only about 1/3 of the storage space) we did struggle occasionally. But the capacity is certainly sufficient for a few months worth of meals which is ideal.

We often had the problem of buying far too much from Iceland and getting home to realise that ti will not all fit in the fridge-freezer. Therefore we had to either throw some of the old stuff away (which isn't ideal) or eat a tonne of it before the rest defrosts. I admit, eating all of that ice cream in one go was pretty fun but we undoubtedly needed another freezer. We therefore went around looking for pretty much the cheapest standalone freezer we could find. I apologise to anyone who may have first thought that this review (due to the title) was going to be about boob jobs and increasing my size... it isn't! I mearly meant filling up the freezer! So this freezer was a brilliant buy for us, at the time we were a family of four, us two adults and a 6yr old and a 3yr old, I bought it second hand and paid £25. Our fridge freezer at the time was mostly fridge with a little freezer so it wasn't really suitable for our needs anymore so that was our main reason for buying a second freezer. Good Points This 'A' rated upright chest freezer has proven to be very reliable and it's compact design is ideal for space saving or narrow cupboards/ limited access. Having a reasonably large capacity has meant we will recoup the cost of the Freezer in a few freezer refills which is brilliant! It is very quiet to run and will keep food frozen for up to 24 hours in the event of a power failure. An important consideration with the dreadful power cuts we have all endured with the recent storms and bad weather!
