Advantages: very easy to clean

Disadvantages: if you forget to put the lid back on you will get flys in it

This fryer is one of the best ive had, it heats up within 6mins! also it has a function where if bits of food fall down to element it will cut out rather than burning it and your oil! which then means you can reuse your oil more than you could with other fryers, saving you money! also its so easy to clean you just wash the lid and basket as you would normal dishes, either in a sink or in the washer, then you lift the back-eliement out of the fryer, wipe it down, no need to soak then just empty your oil and wash the bottom. its just like a deep roasting tin, an again do it in the sink or in the dishwasher. it only takes about half hour to clean, including filtering the oil. it cools down quickly, and is great if your like me and use your fryer more than the oven!
