	Breville DF30 ... fryer is one of the best ive had, it heats up within 6mins! also it has a function where if bits of food fall down to element it will cut out rather than burning it and your oil! which then means you can reuse your oil more than you could with other fryers, saving you money! also its so easy to clean you just wash the lid and basket as you would normal dishes, either in a sink or in the washer, then you lift the back-eliement out of the fryer, wipe it down, no need to soak then just empty your oil and wash the bottom. its just like a deep roasting tin, an again do it in the sink or in the dishwasher. it only takes about half hour to clean, including filtering the oil... 	Breville DF30 ... me, a deep fat fryer has to be 1. Easy to use 2. Easy to clean 3. Easy to store 4. Have a decent capacity 5. Not stink the house out! The Breville DF30 ticks all of the boxes. I paid around £27.99 when it was on offer in a local supermarket when my last one had given up the ghost. The fryer is silver in colour with a removable lid that you take off whilst cooking. The actual frying unit comes out therefore enabling the oil to be changed much more easily. The thermostat at the back hooks over the main unit with the element part sitting down into the oil. 	Breville DF39 ... the breville df39!good value for money fryer £25.00 from littlewoods direct.looks nice and goes with my stainless steel kitchen.but does it cook nice chips i hear you ask?? well the answer is yes,lovely chips but only for the first dozen times.where do i start?firstly the easy- view window wasnt that easy view whilst the chips were cooking,all you could see was steam so that defeats the purpose of having a viewing window in my opinion.then we have the lid itself,only thing i can say is that it had a mind of its own.often popping open during,yes during,cooking.very dangerous.next the basket was quite difficult to lift and lower and it eventually broke.last but by no m...
