I've owned this grill now for 7 years. I originally purchased it from Makro for £30 although I have regularly seen this priced around £50. If you can get one for close to £30 then I highly recomend you do. I have used this extensively over the years and its very quick and easy.

I not sure why I enjoy cooking with it so much, I guess its like 'MAN COOKING' like a BAR B Q indoors!
Basically there are two parts to this machine there is the grill part where you cook your meat and the hot plate where you can do eegs, mushrooms, hashbrowns, peppers, chillis anything you can think of. Both the grill and the hot plat have independent heat settings so you can have the grill on high setting 3 doing your steaks and the hotplate with your onions ticking over on a low heat (setting 1).

This is actaully a very easy way to cook and cooking times are greatly reduced. Unlike a normal gril this cooks the meat on both sides at the same time which not only reduces the cooking time, but also cooks it evenly.

The machine comes with plastic utensils for manovering and flipping your food and also a drip try. Which brings me onto the next big benefit of cooking using a George Foreman Grill, the grill part is angled so the fat from the meat runs away and caught in the drip try meaning that your food is healthier as its not covered in grease oil and fat.

The machine is quite builking and does take up quite a bit of work top space. There are smaller versions available without the hot plate, but to me this is one of the best bits and I'm happy to sacrific a bit of space for such flexible cooking.

As with any products of this type they are a bit of a pain to clean, I recomend doing this whlie it is luke warm and girve it a wipe. The girll and the hot plate are both none stick so this does make things a little easier.

In our house this machine gets the most use on a sunday morning for doing a fry up. so retire your frying pan and use the lean mean grill instead, tastes great and better for you too!
