The reason I bought this fryer was because it has a variable thermostat (switches off automatically when it reaches the right temperature) which makes it very safe if you forget about it while its on, It comes with a large basket which can take up to 1 Kg of food and the oil heats really quickly, any food you can fry you can do it with this and always with good crispy golden results.
