Advantages: large enough for a family

Disadvantages: flimsy handles

This was given to me as a present by my mother-in-law and at first I thought I would never use it as I am quite healthy and never used a fryer before. How wrong I was - I actually love it. Its not used all the time as I still dont cook a lot of fried food but it does make a real difference when I do. It is very easy to use. Each of the two compartments can be controlled seperately meaning you can fry two different foods at different temperatures and can even just use one and not have the other one on. The baskets have fold down handles which are normally fine but a couple of times the handle has collapsed when shaking the basket and I have been sprayed in a little oil (not to bad but not pleasant either). Each compartment can hold up to 3kg of oil and the food can be viewed through the window. It is made fromstainless steel and looks very stylish. Most of it is easy to clean but there are a few areas that the oils gathers and it makes it difficult. Overall though I find it a great product for not a lot of money. My mother-in-law got it in the sale but its normal price is around £40. I would recommend it to families as it can hold lots of food, without having to do it in batches.

Summary: A great product for a family
