This fryer is a healthy way to fry food, instead of them been sitting in fat like a normal deep fat fryer, You don't have to use bowl fulls of oil, Most things only need a spoonfull. This is also an advantage because it is very easy to clean as all the parts (bowl and lid) click in and out and you can just throw it in the sink and let it soak or to go in the dishwasher. It holds IKG of food, and it only takes a spoonful of oil to cook 1KG of chips with only 3 percent fat but don't be fooled because this deep fat fryer cooks more than just chips, it also has a unique paddle that automatically rotates food, cooking evenly with no need to shake or stir. A large steam free viewing window so your not constantly stopping it to check if your food is cooked. Pre heating is not required all you do is put your food in and press the on button, it's that simple.
The only disadvantage i find with this is that it is abit pricey for a fryer at £119.99 and it takes the flavour out of the food, You know how when you eat a cheeseburger it tastes so good because it's so bad for you? But my mum swears by this fryer and i would DEFFINATLY recomend it.
