This product is absolutely amazing- real crispy fried chips cooked in just a teaspoon of oil!

I had not actually heard of this item until flicking through the weight watchers magazine and immediatley wanted to rush out and buy one (who wouldnt want to be able to eat proper chips on a diet?). I was put off by the price at first, but considering the versatality of the fryer, being able to cook more than just chips, and the fact that you can get the fried taste without the frying appealed to me and my waistline.

If you need inspiration of what to cook the fryer also comes with a recipe book which has around 30 recipies in it, including the chips and how long to cook different amounts, alongside savoury stews and even a stir fry, to sweet deserts. There are also handy tables in the back giving you the cooking times for some basic foods like pork loin and fish.

The fryer also dismantles easily and all the parts can put in the diswasher making it a lot easier to maintain than a deep fat fryer.

Overall an excellent product which produces great tasting "fried" food without the frying.
