Invesco offer customers a freephone (yep thats right - free!) client service line. This means that if you want to value your ISA at any point, you just call up, punch your number into their automated system, and it will give you a value straight away. You can then have it faxed to you, or posted - if you get it faxed, you can expect to receive your fax within 2 minutes - something many other firms could learn from. Invesco are one of the UK's leading fund management houses. I have to confess that I'd never heard of them until my financial adviser recommended them for an investment last year, but having done a bit of homework, they are a huge and highly reputable firm. My investment is in their European ISA fund - and in just over 6 months i have seen some 75% growth on my lump sum - ahead of many other funds.
