Wow! Just what you don't expect at the moment: NatWest are trying to pin you down to discuss your finances, force you to face the unpleasant truths you don't want to think about and presumably restrict your circumstances still further; instead, having finally got you into the chair, the advisor does everything he can to help you. I was invited (repeatedly) to the interview, which took a good 45 minutes, during which time the guy went out several times to consult colleagues in search of the best possible products.
