Navigation of the site is very easy and, with no heavy graphics to load, pretty fast. At the top of the home page there are six tabs: Login; About ING Direct; About our savings account; Open an account; Contact us and Careers. At the bottom of the page are nine links for: FAQs; Privacy Policy; Legal; *AER; Our security; ING Direct Worldwide; Press room: Careers and Site map. About eighteen months ago I took out a personal loan to upgrade my car but illness prevented me from doing so. I didn’t want to leave the money in my current account when it could be accrue better interest elsewhere. A quick check on what was available on the high street soon had me using the Internet. That was where I discovered www.ingdirect.co.uk. The first thing that struck me was the simplicity of the site, which was not plastered with self-advertisement and distracting graphics cluttering up the screen.
