This alarm clock cost me £10 from find me a gift, it is a white cube with soft edges and no points adding to the softness of the glow it produces. It is very easy to use and set up, you have 4 buttons on the base which you use to set the time and the alarm time and a switch to set it to demo which is a 30 second demo of the colours changing or on which is continual light.

There are 12 colours on the alarm clock that all look great and each represent a different hour of the day, the alarm has a flashing light and beeping sound which is quite loud so shouldnt have any problems waking you up in a morning. It has a easy to read lcd display so you will always be able to see the time clearly even when half asleep, there is a am and pm alarm indicator so no chance of you setting the alarm for the wrong 5 oclock (yes there are two in a day) and an alarm on indicator so you will know it is set.

During the night you dont have to fiddle about for any buttons to see what time it is just gently tap the top of the cube and it lights up and you do the same to stop the alarm in the morning.

The only thing i dislike about this is that unless you buy the adaptor to plug it into the mains for £5.99 you can only have the demo mode on the light which is 30 seconds so if you want to use it as a light you need the adapter aswell.

It is a great little clock and a great alarm but the light isnt realy bright enough to do anything with it just creates a relaxed mood and soft glow in the room.
