      Advantages

      Disadvantages

This product re-charges BOTH standard dry batteries AND re-chargeable batteries of all common sizes. It constantly monitors the state of charge and indicates if a battery is faulty and cannot be re-charged further. In my own home, I have many battery-operated electrical items; door chimes, clocks, bicycle lamps, personal radios, remote controls, not to mention endless battery-operated toys belonging to my grandchildren. In most of these, rechargeable batteries cannot be used as they are too low a voltage. Being able to re-charge standard dry batteries regularly saves a great deal of money and inconvenience- simply being able to re-charge my digital camera batteries is a terrific saving and makes using the camera virtually cost-free. Another big advantage is being able to identify "dud" batteries where an item holds several batteries. The Battery Manager Ultra, by giving the state of charge of each battery, enables you to identify which battery or batteries are "dud" and have caused the item to stop functioning, taking the guesswork out of battery replacement.
