We have had these food warmers for years. We usually get them out sole for Christmas, when family come round, to hold the vegetables so that everyone can held themselves and the food can still stay warm. In order to handle peas, carrots, potatoes and anything else we have, we use two on the table as each food warmer can hold about two large dishes or three smaller ones at a push.

Although these were quite expensive when they were bought at around £25 each and therefore £50 fro the two, the investment was worth it as they come with a very long manufacturer guarantee so that if they decide to break within the next 10 years they will get replaced for free! This sin't something I can say for other brands of food warmer and this is one of the reasons we bought them - we don't want to be let down one Christmas day when we find the food warmers have broken in the cupboard - we want quality that the manufacturer can guarantee.

The build quality of the food warmers are excellent. They feel extremely well made and I have no fear of them buckling under the weight of peas when on the table. They are made of a strong metal and therefore even if for some reason they were to even be dropped, I would trust them to still be function afterwards.

The feet of the food warmers appear to have good grip on most surfaces and therefore it never slips when on the table. This is very important when people are essentially pushing dishes which are on top of them. You don't want them to fall off the table and onto somebody's lap. If anything, the only reason they would move is if they took the table cloth with them.
