Advantages: Cuts paper in no time and stores lots of shredded paper.

Disadvantages: It costs £70 which is quite expensive.

~ My Personal Experience ~

If you're like me and your security conscious with your paper bills, statements and anything with my personal information on it, I have to find a way of getting rid of it or destroying the information in a way which will not allow anyone to steal it.

So I bought a Fellowes Shredder to shred my information as well as having a fun time doing so. I must say though that it does get a bit boring if you gather mass amounts and then decide to shred it all, but that's just me being lazy.

This thing can shred and I mean if I was to put my fingernails near the chompers (blades) then they would immediately be taken off. The shredder looks quite professional and quite posh and can store up to 23 litres of paper (don't ask me why they measure paper in litres).

~ Specifications ~

+ Weight of shredder: 10 Kg
+ 8 sheet capacity
+ Useful for medium duty usage (based on 20 to 50 sheets per day)
+ 4mm shredding strip size

~ Price & Shop ~

Again as an avid Amazon fan I bought mine from here for a total of £70 at the time. I also bought the lubricant for cleaning the blades which came with the shredder at a discounted rate. Postage costs were reasonable too (£4 in total). The transaction and delivery of the goods was a very smooth process and delivered on time too.

~ Shredding Tests ~

After shredding all my bills, I thought to myself what else can this baby shred, so I put it to the test. After reading that this shredder can shred many things I decided to shred my old store cards (yippee) and I also noticed that it will also shred documents with staples attached which normally blocks other shredders.

~ To conclude...~

This is a great shredder which can chew all my bills away, along with all my other personal documents. The size of the shredder is quite big and will feed your shredding desires, especially destroying those credit card bills and bank statements which make you feel gloomy around this time of year.

The price is a little on the expensive side but still I believe I have got my money's worth in the past few months that I have owned this. I would keep away from children as it can be dangerous when in working action but that's an obvious warning for any parent.

It comes with a clear window so you can see all your paper waste coming together to form a controlled demolition of all your personal information. I also got a one year warranty with my shredder too.
