I did have some experiences of Lakeland products before buying their Magic Non-Stick Liner back in March of this year. I find Lakeland products can sometimes be a little expensive, but in general you get what you pay for and I had bought some ingenious products from them. The Lakeland Magic Non-Stick Liner comes in two sizes, priced at £5.49 for the 25cm X 50cm sheet, and £9.49 for the 33cm X 100cm sheet which I own. I opted for the larger size as I do like to cook buns and cookies etc. in large batches. The liner has a non-stick coating to it, making it easy to clean and prevents your food from sticking to the surface. Having a heat resistance of 260C it is ideal for use with an oven tray and the liner is also dishwasher safe.

The liner has a PTFE non-stick coating to give it the added benefit of being easily wiped clean. The sheets can be cut to size to fit various different cooking trays and tins. The liners are sold with the claim they can withstand 5 years of constant use, so they are built to last. As I use the sheet for cooking cookies, pizzas and chips on I think it is great that they simply slide off the liner.

I am glad I bought the larger liner size, and I could really do with the smaller one too to line tins with. The price did seem steep before I tried the product, but I am happy with what I paid, looking back. With the 5 year claim from Lakeland I know it will last me a long time yet, the liner is still in great condition. As I don't need to use an abrasive cloth to clean them I can imagine they will live up to their claim and can recommend these sheets to anyone that does a lot of home baking.
