Advantages: Price. Non-stick. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Can be cut to appropriate shape and size.

Disadvantages: None.

I regularly use my Lakeland Magic Non-stick Liner when I'm baking - and I have to admit that I find that using this has made my baking so much easier because of its convenience. The Lakeland Magic Non-stick Liner does come in different sizes that the sheet I own measured 33 cm x 100 cm - and then I was able to cut this into three squares to cover three different baking trays. The 33 cm x 100 cm magic sheet cost me £9.49 - which equates to around £3.15 per baking tray sheet - which I feel is a really good price.

The idea of these sheets is that they are placed onto the baking tray / roasting tray and it helps to ensure that the food placed on it will not stick to the tray - and that the tray is also protected. The sheets are made of a thin, plastic like fabric which can be withstand heat up to 260 degrees centigrade and so for domestic ovens this is more than fine.

This sheet does work - and it works well. Since I have been using it, I no longer have anything sticking - even when I've accidentally burnt something. Things just lift off it without any need to scrape.

After it has been used, it can just be wiped over, or alternatively it can go in the dishwasher. I tend to just wipe it over because it's very easy to clean and with minimal cleaning any grease just lifts off of it with no problem whatsoever.

Overall, I would recommend this product and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Summary: Recommended.
