Advantages: Compact,portable and effective at reducing stress,enhancing wellbeing

Disadvantages: Not having an Mp3 incorporated

As a user of "mind machines"for many years,i have found that the Mindspa that i have been using for the past two years seems to cover the type of device that in the past you would of required a couple of different sytems for.For the price it carries many functionalities,from being able to just stick to basic programs to introduce you to the various frequencies,all the way up to quite advanced NLP and self hypnosis scripts that you can experiment with,on the whole the system is great for `newbies`right up to people with a fair bit of experience.
The Mindspa is also very user friendly and its connectivity to pc is very intuitive and easy to get to grips with,the portability of the device is also very handy,(carry case with glasses,headphones and cables)
The amount of relaxation and general increase in wellbeing can definately be recognised after only a couple of weeks,pretty good as a general meditation training device,and for music enjoyment it excels at its purpose.
Much more than a gadget!!

Summary: Good value,and much more than a gadget!
