I work in an office and for Christmas as a novelty gift off my parents, I received the Henry Desktop vacuum to help keep my desk clean. I used to own a real sized Henry vacuum and always found it pretty decent so thought this might be a decent desk cleaner. As I was brought this as a gift, I have had to look up the price for ...  Read the complete review

Quirky desk decorator (175 words)

I was given this as a gift. It sits on my desk at work. It looks fun and makes my desk look a little more interesting. I have used it as a vacuum cleaner! Mainly to pick up crumbs, but to be honest it's not really worth the hassle of using it as it's easier just to brush crumbs to the floor. It is by no means a powerful vacuum cleaner - ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on Paladone Desktop Henry Vacuum Cleaner

I absolutely love this little vacuum!!! its sooo cute and it actually works! just pop in 3xaa batteries and see it in action!. It picks up biscuit crumbs, dust, little bits of tissue and paper and even dead flowers!. It all collects in its large body.. just unscrew henry's head and empty the contents in the bin!. I got mine at an amazing price at £8. Good as a secret santa or just as an novelty gift too. U get a crevice tool to get into those hard-to-reach places and to hoover up any dust inbetween keyboard cracks. Highly recommended!!!

Henry hoovers are the best (but not this one!) (244 words)

I purchased this little hoover from a popular auction site for £7, which I thought was a bargain. This little hoover is battery operated and is designed to hoover your keyboard, picking up little bits of dirt and/ or dust e.t.c. The hoover is VERY cute. Henry is just 25mm tall and is compact enough to leave on your desk when not being ...  Read the complete review

Everyone's familiar with Henry, the famous and iconic red vacuum cleaner with its happy face and hat, and a hoover for a nose. This is the same character, but much, much smaller - although he does the same job, you wouldn't want to use him to clean the floor of a room. He is designed to be used to clean your desk at work, but could also ...  Read the complete review

I have a thing about keeping my desk tidy at work. So it was no surprise when some one bought this Desktop Henry Vacuum Cleaner for me in our Secret Santa last year, and to be honest, it is quite a quirky little hoover. Looking on Amazon, you can get this for around £7, and it is designed to look like a miniature version of the larger ...  Read the complete review

Paladone Desktop Henry Vacuum Cleaner: Novelty toy or rubbish hoover? (470 words)
by - written on 11/10/11 (Very useful, 76 readings)
Rating:

Often a missold item, this little Henry Hoover is designed more as a novelty item than as an effective cleaning tool. Much of the reason for its existence is for kids to copy their parents when they're doing the hoovering, and in this respect, it has some level of credibility. The problem is that they promise it'll hoover your desktop, ...  Read the complete review

Reading through these reviews, I am not sure if everyone is living in bonkers land or nearby. I am a Numatic dealer for their massive range of extremely popular and well know vacuum cleaners, such as their flagship product "Henry" vacuum, and I cannot believe how some many of these people are buying a childrens toy and ...  Read the complete review

Brought this for my boyfriend as he was starting a new office job and loves to keep things all neat and tidy so was a great gimmick to buy, which went down well! Only trouble is it usless!! It fails to pick up any think and stratched the keyboard. I also had to purchase batterys to add on to the original product. You put the ...  Read the complete review

The mini Henry Hoover is based on the original larger model that is commonly seen. Available for just under £10 it must be viewed as a novalty item, and not a useful item. That said it did bring a smile to my face when I first got it and still has a little bit of novalty left in it after a few months. In the box ...  Read the complete review

I received my Desktop Henry a couple of years ago in a secret santa at work and when I opened it I was quite surprised as it was better than the usual tat that we give out for these things such as chocolate willes and the like. Obviously it is still tat but nice looking, fun and semi useful tat nethertheless and I was a bit embarrassed ...  Read the complete review

Although this may look like the regular version of he Henry Hoover with the happy face and red and black colour scheme do not be fooled. I like the regular full size Henry as it is reliable and a very good hoover but this one is no where near as good in terms of functionality. For a desktop hoover you would assume that it could suck up ...  Read the complete review

At my work we play Secret Santa every year, where we each buy one present for a name we pick out of a hat. The gift I received from my Secret Santa was the Paladone Desktop Henry Vacuum Cleaner. I bought the Desktop Henry Cleaner in the January sales not long ago as I thought the idea of being able to clean my desk with it was useful. The item was cheap at around £7 off Play.com, I was surprised by how compact the item is, when it is not being used it can sit in the corner of the desk without taking up much room. At my place of work we always enjoy having a laugh and a joke on someone's birthday and this year was no exception.
