Advantages: portable, fun, affordable, addicting, good at partys

Disadvantages: you need to have a certain strength to use it

Firstly, the powerball is a hand-held gyroscope which exercises your fingers, arm and shoulder. It is fun and addictive. although the short advertisements say that they are not noisy, I found that they were, it has a deep vibrating noise that sounds like a car engine and gets louder as you spin it faster, I initially thought there was something wrong with my powerball but by friend's did the same.
But not all of the ad was lies as i feel a very significant strength difference in my arm (stronger) and it is fun and addicting, for any time exercise.

My opinion is that it is a small, affordable, portable exercise machine that most can have fun with. However you probably should be older than 13 and have a bit of strength.

When i first got it, it took a while to get used to starting it up (i was pulling the string too slow) but i quickly learnt. My high score of RPM is 10 611, can you beat it?.

I would recomend this to most people... go buy it... NOW.

Summary: go buy it if you think your strong enough (anyone can get a low speed)
