Useful? Very! (Sapphire Torch)

This torch is probably the most useful thing I have ever bought. I have a blue version of it, and I have been told that it will never run out. This is where it triumphs over the mini maglite. Although both are very compact, mini maglites use those annoying little watch batteries which are really hard to get hold of and run out very quickly. Maglites have one other big disadvantage, those twisty little thing you have to turn to switch it on, as apposed to an easy rubber switch that can easily be used in a dark.
The sapphire torch's main disadvantage however, is its short range. Although it has a very wide beam, it does not illuminate anything far away.
The torch itself is a small thing, about the size of your thumb(for a child!!). It has a large rubber button, which, when depressed means the LED light lights up. The advantage in an LED as opposed to an ordinary bulb, is that it never breaks, burns out, or has to be replaced. It has a battery which apparently never runs out, (although I have not checked up on this!) which means I can keep it forever with no problem-hopefully!
The battery never runs out because it uses a crsytal for power. It comes in a variety of different colours and it only has one button on it, which has to be held on to produce a constant stream of light. The lights also come in red, blue and white.
I use this torch regularly however, and i reccommend everyone out there to get one to save so much time and effort!!
