We seem to have a plethora of novelty torches lying around our house. Every time I turn round, there's one sitting on the side of something, just looking all alone and forlorn. The quirky thing about them is that, no matter which one you look at, they all seem to function in the same way and have similar build quality and operational quality. The only difference is often the outer casing and the visual look. Clever marketing, nothing more. The Suncamp cow dynamo light is a novelty torch presumably designed for kids. There are several different torches in the form of animals available in this range, all of them based around the same basic, plastic body-shape - this being an approximately four inch long, rounded-ended 'capsule' -a bit like one of those paracetamol tablets made in an 'easy swallowable' form. The Suncamp cow dynamo light is just one of the novelty presents my daughter received for Christmas, and I have to say I think it's really good! I'm half tempted to pinch it off her! I've seen several different animal versions of these torches on sale, but I think this cow one in particular is very cute. Considering these are now selling for around £5 on Amazon (they look like they're selling for less but private sellers are making the difference up in postage, so it works still out at around £5), then I think that's a good price. I recieved this dynamo torch as a gift at christmas and I really like it! There are several difference animal types out there, but I have the cow. I'm not sure how much was paid for it, but i've seen £5 often quoted. The light shines out the cows mouth, the cow is white with brown spots! With Dynamo torches you do not need batteries, you charge it yourself! What you do is.. at the side of the cow there are 2 little handles that pop out, and you basically squeese them together over and over to charge it up! It's so easy and it lasts quite a long time!
