Advantages: Great look, Wonderful feel, Many buttons
Disadvantages: -
The Microsoft Xbox 360 controller is fabulous in the way it looks, feels and works. You can either buy the wired or wireless one. For the ultimate gaming experience, I highly recommend you buy the wireless one as it feels ten times better.
The colours go well with the whole Xbox 360 theme. The controller has lovely smooth edges and fits all hands - feeling wonderful to hold. It has the standard A, B, Y and X buttons on the right hand side. The A button is the most commonly used when selecting around menus. The B button is the opposite - normally used to go back. The Y button is rarely used apart from in games, as is the X button.
The controller has an Xbox Guide button on the upper face, which is a fantastic feature. It can be used to access the Xbox 360 dashboard instantly or switch off the controller/console (ideal for night when you can switch it off and the console and go to sleep).
The triggers are on the top sides along with buttons just below them - there are plenty of buttons to give all games potential for a range of features. There are two analogue sticks, which are great to control characters, cars and camera angles.
It is an excellent controller and feels comfortable to hold. I would highly recommend the wireless one as it feels so much better. It looks great and is pretty much necessary for the Xbox 360 so get one now!
