Advantages: Very nice to hold, Looks good, No wires!

This controller is the very best gaming controller I have ever held. It works really well because all the buttons are easy to hit and it makes superb use of triggers as well as rotating sticks. Each and every button can be assigned to certain movements in different games that adds a great feel to the game. For example, the triggers are used in racing games to accurately control the speed of your car. You can put more pressure on the triggers to adjust the fire of your automatic gun in shooting games.

The controller has a great layout with all the normal buttons such as A, X, B and Y on the right hand side, which are colour coded to give it a classic game-controller look. There are two analogue sticks, that can also be clicked for more in-game actions. There is a directional pad, which isn´t used as much. There are also triggers on the top with left and right buttons just below, which feel great to use. The Xbox Guide button is the larger button in the middle. It has a green light in a certain position to signify which player you are. It can be pressed in any game to take you to the dashboard or can be held down to give you the option of switching off the controller or the whole console.

The controller feels great in your hands. It is pretty smooth and comfortable to hold. It fits to my hands very well, which aren´t exactly huge. However, I can imagine they work just as well with large hands and even smaller hands. It looks great and follows the Xbox 360 colour scheme. It is so smooth and nice to hold, that it has definitely improved from the original Xbox controller.

You can buy one on amazon.co.uk for £21.98, which is not bad going. This controller is of great quality and is very reliable. It never fails to work, and connects easily when switched on (by pressing the Guide Button down for a second). Also, with no wires, it is lovely to use as it feels so portable. You can get up and go to answer the phone without worrying about dropping the controller and tripping up on the wires!
