The Official Nintendo Wii Nunchuk Controller was made to replace the normal Wii controller for easier and comfortable game play. I used this controller at a friend's house as he recently purchased it so thought id check it out.

The controller is designed and shaped to perfectly fit your hand. The controller has upgraded on the simplicity of the original Wii controller and goes that step further to meet the needs of die hard gamers.

The Nunchuk controller connects to the Wii controller at the expansion port and is used in conjunction with the Wii Remote controller. The controller contains the same motion-sensor technology enabled in the original Wii controller but also includes an analog stick to help with character movements which gives it extra assistance. So basically you will use the analog stick of the Nunchuk controller to move your character and the original Wii controller to perform a certain action. The controller also contains two buttons positioned for quick access. Because the original Wii Remote and Nunchuk controllers are only in conjuction with each other, you are free to hold them in whichever hand you like and feel comfortable with.
