I first used the Wii Fit balance board at my brothers house and was instantly hooked! It complements the Wii Fit game and really encourages everyone in the household to take an active interest in weight management and exercise.

I first thought it was quite expensive for a computer game but we use it every day and it has played a really important part in understanding our own health and levels of fitness.

The balance board acts as scales to monitor your weight and they are very reliable scales, better than usual household ones which can fluctute by a stone if you lean to the left!!!!

It also acts as an aide to doing certain exercises and yoga postures.

It grips easily to laminate flooring, non-slip and can take a maximum weight of 150kilos.

It doesn't eat through batteries either, 4AA batteries last a long time and we use it every day.
