Nintendo Wii Wheel

I bought my daughter a driving game on the nintendo wii so to make it a little better, I decided to get one of these nintendo wii wheels which you put the wii remote into then play. It's the same shape as a steering wheel although it is a little smaller. I didn't feel to impressed initially when I bought it because it is really light and hollow so you don't really feel like it's a steering wheel, it just feels like a piece of plastic. The Wii Wheel is one of the better ideas by Nintendo in recent years despite what almost seems to be a cheap and cheerful approach to the construction of the device the fact it works so well actually enhances certain games. *What is it?* The Nintendo Wii Wheel is one of a plethora of additional plastic oddities that Nintendo have brought out to support the advance of their uber lifestyle accessory/console, the Wii. I purchased this wii wheel as a second wheel for Mario Kart wii. One came with the game, yet if we wanted to use the two player functionality to its full potential we needed a second one so that we were not arguing over who got the wheel and who had to use a plain old controller. The wheels come at a bargain price and the wii remote slips easily into them. It is the same size and shape and performs exactly the same as the mario kart wheel, you cannot tell the difference between the two useage wise. This is a funny old product because, of course, it's not really much more than a circular piece of plastic, yet it feels so good! The Wii Wheel is a driving wheel for use with Wii games that, erm, require you to drive. The way it works is you insert the Wii remote into it (it fits very snug), and then use the whole thing to drive. The Wii remote is not included in the purchase.
