I bought one of these when I was looking for a way to use a game pad for my PC, at the time I had a Playstation 2 with a couple of controllers and having seen this device for less than a tenner figured it was a good way of making one item work for multiple uses. The device is very simple, plug and play. Stick one end into a USB port, stick your PS2 controllers into the other end and you're away. The computer will then allow you to use them to configure controls in all your favourite games. It really is that simple. Ah, a cheap essential for anyone thinking about having an Emulator! This product allows you to connect your Playstation 2 controller into your PC and play the games as if it were on the PS2. I had a look around eBay for these, though I found this to be similarly priced, and Play.com is one of my favourite sites anyway, so it seemed right to purchase one from here. I'll start with the negative, and I only have one negative: It's pretty ugly... Do I care? Not at all. If you like to play games on your pc but are tired to play with the same old pad, this may be the solution for you, assuming you have got a ps1 or ps2 pad. In this case this tool is very easy to use , you just have to unpack it and plug it in, connect a ps2 pad and you are ready to go, you can of course try and control every button with windows xp in the control panel but actually this tool is already calibrated and you will have no problem if you use windows xp.
