Advantages: Nice aesthetic feel. Feels chunky.

Disadvantages: The analog sticks felt a bit more tacky then the rest of the controller.

I purchased one of these controllers when my offical one broke, and it lasted me until I got rid of my Playstation 2.

The controller felt like a quality product, although the right hand analog stick got pressed inside the case too far and couldn't be moved around properly on two occasions. Both times I was able to rectify the problem using a screwdriver and opening up the back of the controller case. Although not a massive problem, it did cause me to question the long term reliability. The rest of the buttons and the grips felt very chunky and substantial though.

It took some getting used to compared to the original controller, as it felt a lot wider towards the bottoms, meaning you had to hold your hands at a slightly different angle. It felt a lot more like an original Xbox controller than a Playstation controller.

Despite this, I was using it fine within a few hours and it lasted me, as said above, until I got rid of my Playstation 2. Given the choice, I couldn't use it over the official controller.

Summary: A nice substitute for the original controllers. If you can get this one cheaper, go for it.
