Hey there, A few months ago I bought the Trust Predator dual stick gamepad from amazon for £10. I used it for a few weeks on my laptop and it worked perfectly. The gamepad uses the great Playstation layout so anybody who owns a Playstation will be used to this.
Anyway, I used it on my laptop for a while (the gamepad has 2 connectors, 1 to connect to a USB port and another to connect to a Playstation) and had no problems. Then after using it for about 2 weeks my laptop stopped detecting the USB connector. After a bit of fiddling I found that it was a problem with the USB connector on the gamepad. Therefore I can no longer use it for the purpose of which I bought it but instead must use it a PS2 controller.
Speaking of using it as a PS2 controller it works great. It is slightly larger than the PS2 dualshock 2 controller and is much more comfortable to hold.
I would recommend this controller to anybody using it as a PS2 controller, but anybody wanting a PC gamepad should stayaway from this and spend a bit of extra money on a more reliable product. So suppose it is only fitting to say right now that you get what you pay for. Thank you.
