Each level is presented as a "room" in the pinball table with a pair of pinball paddles at the bottom of the screen. The player must bounce Super Mario and roll him into enemies, collecting their coins and special items, before progressing into the next room to repeat the same process. "Mario Pinball Land" is a video game released for the Gameboy Advance console in 2004 by Nintendo. It is a pinball game which features Super Mario characters. In the United States, the game received a rating of "E" by the ESRB panel which deemed it suitable for all ages. The gameplay of this title offers a fresh look at the game of pinball.
