"Rayman Advance" is a video game released for the Gameboy Advance console in 2001 by Ubisoft. It is a platforming game based on the "Rayman" series of video games. In the United States, the game received a rating of "E" by the ESRB panel which deemed it suitable for all ages. The gameplay of this title focuses on a character's plight against evil forces. Rayman, a limbless elastic man of sorts, is awoken from his slumbers and is informed that he must restore order to the world. The enchanted fairy Betilla has lost her powers due to the evil Mr. Mark stealing a "protoon" device. It is up to Rayman to recover this device ... Read the complete review

Well, finally I have got my Gameboy Advance, and damn happy too! Though I only have one game-Krazy Konami racers. Still, doesn’t mean I can’t borrow games from my mates. That’s exactly what I did. For a few days I borrowed Rayman Advance- a great few days they were too. Now come a little closer, and I shall tell you more. Basically Rayman Advance is a platform game in which you control Rayman. A strange little thing that is in much need of arms and legs. You, like in most platform games, progress through the levels, learning new skills and freeing his friends. This is my first view of how powerful the GBA really is and I was very ... Read the complete review

Well, to start off this opinion I’ll give a short, healthy introduction: This is a sell-out game. In the times of 1996-ish, the PlayStation was on the market and was in its growth stage, still. Ubi Soft had developed a game, and they called it Rayman, which was named this after the main character’s name. This game was a 2D platformer, and some of the levels in the game were very bright and cheery. It involved Rayman going through plenty of levels to find, by jumping, punching, freeing little pink things, and gliding, running etc. It was a very under-rated and biased game, as many people thought it was stupid for it being so babyish. But they ... Read the complete review

The best platformer on the GBA so far! Rayman returns to where he began, a side scroller and with a huge wealth of power ups and you never know what will be thrown at you next this beats Mario Advanced hands down. The Graphics are the preetiest any handheld as seen and the clever and quirky animation makes this French platformer even batter. You have to save your friends from Mr. Dark (hmmm how original) and to do so you have to do some of the most imaginative levels EVER! You could end up knocking berries onto enemies' heads so you can walk across them, or become friends with a beaten boss so you can fly on his back in the next level. It ... Read the complete review

The Game Boy Advance is the latest console from the gaming genius’ that are Nintendo, and with the short range of games available, all are worth buying. I have only just received my Game Boy Advance, and already have two of these quality games, F-Zero: Maximum Velocity, and Rayman Advance. Rayman Advance is a platform game in which you control Rayman as he progresses through the levels, learning new skills and freeing his friends. Graphics The game has some impressive graphics, the game looks like its Playstation counterpart. When you play on this game, hoping through the colourful landscapes, you really can appreciate the power of the Gameboy ... Read the complete review
