Sonic...on a Nintendo system, surely not but it has happened nonetheless and its a 2D platformer hailing back to the glory days of Sonic's MD titles. Guess what? Dr. 'Eggman' Robotnik has once again stolen the Chaos Emeralds and it's up to Sonic and friends to stop him. That's it as far as story goes, you control anyone of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles or Amy and attempt to stop Robotnik while collecting the Emeralds. Back in the early 90’s when Nintendo and Sega were the last word in video gaming, two characters stood as proud mascots for both companies. Mario was the rotund plumber that featured in many a Nintendo game and Sonic was the sleek super fast Hedgehog that adorned Sega’s consoles. For any fans of Sega's infamous mascot, this is a must game to play. Being their favourite mascots first outing on a Nintendo console, Sega seem to have taken extra care to make sure that his fans were not disappointed with this game.
