Advantages: Fun Levels, Entertaining characters, Two games in one
Disadvantages: Mario Bros. is a bit boring
I bought this game(Super Mario Advance)two weeks ago from WH Smith for only £29.99. It is an excellent game which includes two game is one! It contains both
1)The NES SuperMarion Bros 2
2)Mario Bros.
These two games are absolute classics and keep you busy for hours with levels that get progressively harder as you go through! On the new GBA(Game Boy Advance) the games look excellent and are very colourful!
There are 20 levels to play on and you are able to save different game as you go along. This allows you to keep track of you progress.
Super Mario Bros. 2 continues the main four characters.They are;
Luigi
Mario
Peach
and Toad
Each character has different merits and is good in different level situation!
Luigi has the largest jump of all the characters and is able to be in the air for a relatively long time on each jump. But Luigi is quite slow and so is not good in some situations!
The slowest character is Peach-my personal favourite, She may be slow at walking but she has the ability to fly (hovver) quite long distances and this comes in very hand when trying to dodge enemies!
Toad is the fastest of all characters but has the smallest jump.This character is handy when you need to run away from chasing adverseries!
Mario is the allrounder character with good speed and a good jump. Most beginners start by using mario becasue he is the least complicated to use!
I my opinion Super Mario Bros. is the better of the two games. It is the more modern version of Mario Bros. and so has more entertaining levels and enemies!
The Multiplayer option is very amusing if you can gather some friends to play with. The original multiplayer game has been updated and it is well worth trying!
You can buy Super Mario Advance from "Game", WHSmith, Woolworths and many other shops. It is usually between £29.99 and £34.99.
I would definitely
recommend it to anyone!
