This game was released in conjunction with another Zelda Oracle game - Oracle of Seasons and both were released in Europe on October 2001. The two games are linked but can be played in any order, and although they're similar to each other they both have different stoylines. The main distinguishing features of the games are the characters involved and the colour of the packaging- Oracle of Ages has Nayru as one of the main characters, which is also the name of a Zelda goddess and is blue while Oracle of Seasons has Din another name of a goddess and is red. This game is a must-buy for any rpg fans, particularly those who enjoy Zelda games. Although this game is great on it's own, it's even better when combined with "Oracle Of Seasons" as you can interchange passwords, items and serets between the two. Also, the game will change depending on which one you complete first. The game has a good balance of mental puzzles and "hack-and-slay" though some bits can be tricky. I'd say it's easily the best game I've played on my Gameboy Advance yet. Adults and kids will both enjoy it, and it provides hours of play.
