Disney "Aladdin" for the Gameboy console is heavily based on the motion picture, so those familiar with this title would find themselves with the plot knowledge required to engage themselves with the game. The game begins with Aladdin as a poor thief on the streets of fictional city "Agrabah". The game itself is a standard platform game, as the player controls Aladdin through a series of puzzles using the "A" button to jump and the "B" button to use his attack which is by default throwing a small bomb in an arc-like circle to the direction which Aladdin faces.
