....well, that sounds like very good advice to me ! Apparently it IS much better than the red or blue versions.

Personally, I find that the differences between yellow and red / blue don't really stand out, although there are different pokemon to fight. You also seem to be able to bump into more trainers and "inhabitants" who are full of wise words than on the other ones. I guess in conclusion if you have spent many, many days (months?) playing on red/blue then you were probably ready for yellow, if you hadn't then it would not be worth getting.

Also there is a mini game to be found on it which is a bit different than pokemon, so have a look !
