There seems to be little method to this title as the sole intention of the player is to destroy the landscape using the character's special attacks and repel opposing forces while consuming human beings for additional health points. I didn't find the game to be particularly difficult but there are areas as the player progresses which can become troublesome, an example of this being attacked by a series of military vehicles. "Rampage 2: Universal Tour" is a video game released for the Gameboy Color console in 1999 by Midway. It is a sequel to the earlier "World Tour" title of the Rampage series. In the United States, the game received a rating of "E" by the ESRB panel which deemed it suitable for all ages. Following the "World Tour", the original character cast was captured by special forces and must be rescued.
