Orginaly released on the Amiga, Speedball 2 arrived on the Gameboy back in the early nineties, I had played and loved the Amiga version to death, and was unsure how it would measure up on the gameboy - so i bought it. The idea behind Speedball2 (for our younger readers!) is to build a team that is capable of winning the Speedball league. You start off with a team, Brutal Deluxe, that has basicly got the leagues worst players in it. You can buy new players (they become available gradualy throughout the game) and improve you current players by spending tokens you collect during the game.
