The colour of the walls correspond to a certain area of the maze where the player may find him or herself in, and this makes the accessible map somewhat redundant. I did not find the audio to be particularly noteworthy. Each effect comes across as appropriate for its intended purpose and accents the game rather than overwhelming it. "Spy vs. Spy" is a video game released for the Gameboy Color console in 1999 by Vatical Entertainment. It is based on the popular American printed sketch of the same name from "Mad Magazine". In the United States, the ESRB panel rated this game as "E" which deemed it suitable for all ages. Gameplay can present a sort of learning curve when initially starting. The game is presented as a split screen image with the player's character occupying the top portion and the computer opponent occupying the bottom.
