robertjb SSX On Tour (GC): ... is the fourth game in the SSX series. If you didn t know it s a snowboarding game, the first two were more arcade styled with whacky characters, unique and random levels and super special moves. This game continues the process of making the game more serious and realistic but still being fun to play. It is similar to the previous game but with some new features such as the option to create your own character, th...

robertjb Need for Speed: Most Wanted (GC)
... For Speed is one of the most popular video game racing series and it has changed a lot over the years. This is the sequel of sorts to Need For Speed Underground 2 and there are features from the underground games and the games before them. This game reintroduces police chases into the mix i.e. if you damage stuff or you race past a police car they will chase you so you can outrun them or damage them so they can t follow you. The customisation option is still available and again you have to work your way up from the small rubbish cars to the Porshes etc. The graphics aren t the best as this is an older Gamecube game but in most cases it doesn t really matter and the ...

randomreviews Medabots: Infinity (GC)
... a Medabots fan I was always interesting in checking out Medabots Infinity - the only 3D Medabots game around compatible with both Gamecube and Wii. I found it years later on eBay for a cheap price because it seemed to have just vanished off the shelves at local game stores. Oh what a terrible mistake I made. Then it suddenly just vanished from existance in the US. Its about a world where people own Medabots, or robots with artificial intelligence that are used in the sport of R...

robertjb Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy (GC)
... is the second game in the Lego Star Wars series and the first game Lego game I bought. It was developed by Tell Tale games who are most famous for their Sam and Max series and have been said by many to be the only game developer to get episodic gaming right. As the name suggest this deals with the stories in episodes 4, 5 and 6 i.e. the original trilogy. If you are looking for a serious realistic star wars game then this isn t it as it makes the story its own and adds a lot of comedy to the cutscenes. The graphics are pretty good but in a game like this it shouldn t really matter. The sound is generally brilliant with a lot of the music from the movies in the game. ...
