Phantasy Star Online III (GC) ... was one of the first games i bought for my game cube and the first time i had gone for a phantasy star game. The game follows a rpg format but the battles are done turn based on a grid similar to the wild arms franchise. The controls are really simple to pick up and the graphics are good. All epuipment and monsters that you can use are done by collecting cards that you will get for fulling various tasks, the higher your task rank the better chance you have of aquiring a rare card. You play as 1 of two races. 1 race uses weapon and sheild crds to equip and attack with. The other race use powerfull creatures to summon and fight on your behalf. A fair amount of straterg... BeyBlade: Super Tournament Battle (GC) ... got this game whilst waiting for ff12 to come out and wish i hadnt. I paid £4 for it and it was a complete waste. The graphichs are absoloutely terrible. There is no storyline worth mentioning and the game play is pretty shoddy. The game implies that you have massive customizing options for you beyblade and that you can level up. This is not the case the upgrades are limited and the level ups are not that important. They game can be completed in around 12 hours easy according to my little cousin. He said the game was ok but i only managed an hour and havent picked it up since. If you have a little kid under ten and can pick it up cheap this will probably keep them happy... Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (GC) ... is a fun game. I play it using my Wii console. I have played all of the Harry Potter games and this one and The Chamber of Secrets are my favorites. The graphics in this game are very good. This game is not nearly as hard to play as The Prisoner of Azkaban (which I did not enjoy). In this EA game you are completing side quests and trying to win the Triwizard Tournament. Every game has it Pro s and Con s lets look at them shall we- Pros: Pretty easy to play. My six year old can actually play this game. The graphics are good and the sound is not distracting or annoying. I bought this game used for $7 so it was a great value for the money. You can choose at the beginn... Read the full review: Can You Master the Magic by kristyh |
