FIFA Soccer 2003 (GC):
... game is pretty old right now, which means that you can pick it up for a bargain price as football fans move on to later versions. However, this game has most of the famous footballers you will see in the modern versions, it has brilliant gameplay (in my opinion, better than the more recent ones) and the graphics are pretty good which means it is a real bargain if you have a gamecube. However, it does not have a... Read the full review: Out of date, but good fun by MB92 |

The Sims (GC) ... main game itself is divided up according to different levels, supposedly as your Sim moves up in life. It begins with you living with your mother in a small house and by the end you are hopefully living in a mansion. Along the way you have to tidy the house, learn skills and get a job. While the game is fun for a little while, I found it became frustrating as some of the tasks you have to complete to move into a better house can be boring and repetitive, not to mention the time you have to spend doing nothing while your Sim is at work (although you can speed it up). Moreover I found myself getting stuck in a routine and just repeating the same actions day afer day. ... Read the full review: Fun for a while by MB92 |

FIFA 2007 (GC) ... have owned the previous fifa football games on playstation two, as well as fifa 07. however, after playing the game on a gamecube i have decided, contrary to what i previously thought, that fifa is better on gamecube! the asic features are the same as fifa 06, however, EA sports have made small changes to the game which enhance it... the new manager mode is highly addictive and is almost better than other specific manager games as you can manage your team as well as playing the fixtures yourself. There s so many racing games availible on all formats these days that it s really hard to rise above the rest and not labour in the modecrity of the genre. Gran Turismo chose the realism approach and they stood out for it and the likes of Mario Kart went the arcade action route and made a name for itself. Unfortunatley there are many titles that sit somewhere in the middle and for me i ve always felt that the "Need for Speed" franchise is one of those. This time we re with NFS Hot Pursuit. Another fast racer but with limited options Graphics - They look good and pretty slick, a very good looking game for the Gamecube and they ch...
